About our speaker:
Jeff Willie has
been described as inspirational, motivational, dedicated, a visionary, living
with a passion and purpose, a lifelong learner, a leader by example, walks in
humility, and a servant leader.
Jeff served in the United States Air Force from April 1977 until October 2002 as Combat Security Police, Combat Security Police Instructor, Special Weapons and Tactics Instructor (SWAT), Human Resources Director and Superintendent of the largest Joint Services Honor Guard outside of the Washington D.C. area. After “Operation Urgent Fury” (Grenada) in November 1983, Jeff had the distinct privilege to meet with President Ronald Reagan and First Lady Nancy Reagan during a White House Ceremony honoring military men and women responsible for rescuing the medical students at Saint George Medical School.

title is “How Poverty Produced a Platform”. Jeff is also an Honorary Colonel in the Arkansas State Police, Honorary Member of the Arkansas Highway Police and an Arkansas Law Enforcement Instructor in Special Weapons and Tactics (SWAT).
Jeff has three associate degrees (Security Administration, Personnel Administration & Instructor Management) bachelor’s in Corporate Training and Development, Master’s degree in Organizational & Human Resource Development, graduate certificate in Conflict & Family Mediation, doctoral work in Educational Leadership.
