After his graduation, Wayne, began his career as the Director of Personnel and Training with a large Oil & Gas Manufacturing Company in Abilene, Texas. His career has led him through many paths as he has “Journeyed” through his calling in life. His “Journey” has led him through a successful career path which includes, personnel and training, employee relations, the Ministry (Music & Senior Adults), administration and sales and marketing. He has opened three Senior Living Communities in the Dallas area and was able to achieve a 100% occupancy and maintain that level of occupancy for over a year.

Wayne, is currently the Director of Marketing for Retirement Living with Christian Care Communities and Services, a Life Plan Community supporting three different Retirement/Independent Living Communities on the Mesquite campus. Wayne has and continues to speak on his favorite subject, “Join Their Journey”, a simple understanding of sometimes a very confusing and complicated path.

Allen & Fairview, Texas sit right outside the Dallas-Fort Worth Metroplex and both are multi-generational communities with an ever-increasing senior population. This increase necessitates and welcomes active living communities, retiree apartment complexes, assisted living facilities and nursing homes. In order to provide information and support to this demographic, the Senior Services Coalition is made up of member businesses that offer support services, senior discounts, transportation and living accommodations. The purpose is to showcase and educate services and goods available to all seniors and their families within our communities in hopes of making their lives easier to navigate and find trustworthy resources when needed.
