Business Development Liaison - Caring Transitions North Dallas Suburbs

Job Description

The Business Development Liaison will be responsible for contacting and establishing new referrals and qualified leads within the franchise territory to meet and exceed franchise sales and revenue goals. The successful candidate will be self-motivated and possess excellent interpersonal and phone skills with the ability to develop a rapport with business partners and clients. The overall goal of this position is to drive sales, develop markets and create new opportunities for the franchise.

Role and Responsibilities

= Work within a defined territory to identify and develop potential partners/clients

= Conduct 1-1 meetings with the intent of establishing referrals and developing business opportunities

= Identify speaking engagements opportunities to further develop client base and referral sources

= Identify and secure referral sources based on market needs and trends to collaborate within full franchise territory to build working relationships, drive revenue and increase long term business development

= Actively pursue sales partnerships and contact lead sources by email, phone, and in person

= Work with franchise owners and Operations Manager to identify and establish business needs

= Work cohesively in a team with a common goal to bring in more business for franchisee owner(s)

= Achieve other business objectives including increased brand awareness in the marketplace, implement market growth strategies, create Business Development plans, achieve quarterly sales objectives

= Identify, manage and develop referral sources and educate those sources on franchise services and programs and clearly establish differentiation from competition

= Demonstrate adequate understanding of current market needs

= Manage budget alongside Community Relations Manager

= Analyze potential strategic partner relationship for company marketing

= Coordinate business opportunities with networking manager

= Maintain internal communications to ensure all relevant Caring Transitions marketing functions and activities are communicated.

= Maintain adequate knowledge of franchise services and specialty programs

= Provide comprehensive reporting as required, to area franchise owners

= Support and utilize sales tools such as branded materials, social media, sales development training and webinars, and event-driven Email Campaigns

Job Type: Part-time

Salary: $14.00 to $15.00 /hour
